Metrowest Nutrition is a nutrition counseling and consulting practice that works with individuals, families and organizations throughout the community towards individualized health and wellness goals. Our staff is comprised of highly qualified registered dietitians with extensive behavioral counseling experience.  Specialty areas include weight management, eating disorders, pediatric and family nutrition, picky eating and medical nutrition therapy.  We help individuals shape healthy, lasting lifestyle patterns through one-on-one counseling, group therapy and experiential work.  Through personalized, credible, hands-on nutrition counseling and programming, we help improve eating and lifestyle patterns at multiple levels.

Our offices are conveniently located in Newton Center and Framingham near several shopping plazas.  We work collaboratively with many medical practices and complimentary health practitioners in the area.
